I know most of you love Chrome . And i did also in the late 80s early 90s But for this Modern Relic i am going for Polished Aluminum. I have a minor oil leak either from my pan or rear main so i figured just start fresh Plus i have no clue what is in this engine . Now i will know . This will Tide me over as i collect the parts for the 3.0 build . I think i am going to spary the Block black as the Orange just kinda does nothing for me on this one . I may Cerakote my alternator and water pump black as well we will see

I seen those but think they look kinda tacky . we will see if i end up needing something or not . After actually thinking there is no way i could use those bags since my doors are pretty close to my cage inside .

So I decided to build a basket to go in the rear just to hold . Kinda like the one in the pic . I changed my mind and am having TOYOTA cut out instead of slots on the bottom. . Once they water jet it I will bend and weld it. Making this out of Aluminum

So Now i am going to pull the cage and get it powder coated . And while it is out i will get the inside of the tub done. and get this pig looking good . I have not really messed with this top since i have a new one going one and that will be all nice . I am thinking of making a panel that goes on the 2 center overhead bars on the cage so i would have a over head counsel so i can mount a dome light and some switches and stuff
