Spurrier said in his interview today or yesterday, "I sure hope we aren't in big trouble."

I don't think paying a few hotel bills or a small party cruise is what got the big recruits there. Granted it could just be the beginning. When they request all the documents they usually do, who knows what other dirt starts to come up. Heck you could have a player that is done with Gamecock football in Feb. tip off the NCAA of what is going on just before heading to the pros or something. I would definitely be nervous if I was USC.

Didn't Gundy tell us last year that the Whitney hotel deal was done and over with. No big deal, all players were disciplined and infractions were paid back. Looks like he was wrong.

Nope...just another Tater's fantasy. Find the quote.
It still ain't a big deal however.
Little comfort come November for CU.
Any of you :princess: want to raise some UC dough?
I'll take USC straight up.
Death Penalty pending, with a drunk for a QB , a fat boy for a WR and a worn out Heisman pretender
coached by a has been.
My goodness USC looks terrible. CU looks like a world beater!
Ya'll willing to pull them pistols or are ya'll just whistlin' Dixie?
How about it:princess:?

I try to be truthful. My clients tell lies. Most are Clemson fans. Just a factual thing.
:flipoff2:

:grinpimp:

Plus truth is relative, perception is truth as well ;)

FYI...all players staying at the Whitney have been cleared to play per NCAA.
It ain't the big deal USC's foes wish it were. No special deal was involved that ANY
other long term guest/USC student could have made.
News flash: Didn't need to make up rich uncles lie either. Just the facts.
Only player still out is Saunders, the TE.
Heck HE may be back by Bama. He went to the Miami party with his NC buddies.

If you CU fans are looking for something akin to the shocking cheating at CU leading up
to 1981...forget about it. Having the most egregious violations will be a record CU can be proud to
know will stand alone atop for decades to come.
Don't make me trot out THAT dirty laundry list.

Really! So I could stay at the Whitney for 429 days for $14.97 a day in a 2 bedroom suite? Good, i'll move in tomorrow. Where do I get this sweet deal of a lifetime?

I'll bet my mason jar of pure clear goodness against your mason jar of goodness that Clemson will win.

WEAK.... Eh with a backup QB and several receivers beat up from OU I guess they can eek out a 5 point V but that was nowhere NEAR domination.... No compliments for them this week...

Clemson played a really good game and deserve to be a ranked team.

My tarheels sucked today. While they only lost by 7 it should have been 70. Once again we have come out with another sucky qb.

Garcia sucks. All he did was throw hail marys and get very lucky. He won't be so lucky with a ranked team.

CU offense is playing well with fewer silly mistakes (it seems to me) than years past. D needs to step it up. I'm not sure they would have won if FSU didn't have so many personal fouls. That really killed them. We'll see next week. VT is healthy and at home.

I think USC won by accident. Vandy couldn't get anything going at all, but without Lattimore and their defensive ends playing they way they did, USC would have won by far less. Everything else they did well was just a good miss.

Clemson D has really been pretty average this year when they were expected to be the stronger unit, the O definitely got some help with a few penalties but a couple of them were really catchable so hard to say they wouldnt have gotten the pass without the penalty. You have to take what you can against good teams though. Didn't watch USuC but I'm sure they made it way to close against a team not nearly as talented as usual.

Big one under the lights this week at VT.

Clemson didn't look as good as against Auburn. FS was better than AU but they beat themselves. Clemson was very lucky with some timely penalties but that's part of the game too. They won, that's a good thing.

Carolina won as well but they didn't beat Vandy 21-3, Vandy was hapless. The best RB and WR in the country but very mediocre QBing. Disappointing.
I wonder if the Whitney distraction played a part?

The Circus in Colatown was AMAZING. I was starting to feel pity for Vandy.
The D was NASTY good. Stat sheet is un freaking believable. The pressure was
relentless.
Clown show especially was entertaining.
Garcia sets an all time record for interceptions and yet USC dominated the game.
Go figure.
Pollsters must of liked the D.
#9 Baby!
Tigers looked un-stoppable.
Congrats. Nice to see both teams climbing the poll.

i don't think dabo has anything to worry about.

Once again Clemson proves a much tougher opponent than South Carolina, Garcia is a tool, Clemson has earned respect and I hope yall blow out those stupid turkeys

War Damn Eagle!

Way to go Clemson!!!!! That was an awesome game!
