That side window thing looks awsome and seems so easy to grab stuff from anywhere in the truck with no hassle (sucks having to climb into the truck just to pull something out which is just barely out of reach), I think if I wasn't going to swap my 60 for a troopy eventually, I'd be getting them for sure!

Very nice concept -

Simple birf removal tool....

I believe GG pioneered this idea ages ago with a section of pipe welded on the bumper of his 40.

Ishobie has some great vids.

Martacks..no need for pipes, easy birf removal with not drive flange clip to deal with, for birf regrease just take the caliper off, then slide hub/rotor assembly off the birf, makes for easy cleaning and grease/re pack although it seems to make it a little harder to get the long side axle in as it sometimes seems to slip out of the birf.

A little more info on this please.
And sadly the old blue girl is too old for that. But Rob H. Has been enjoying raping her repeatedly ;)

They talk about the Martack as a way to keep the axle from sliding into the 3rd, I believe the tack is to keep the Birf from sliding into the housing (ball) and keep maximum spline depth in the hub. There is a cross shaft in the diff to keep things aligned and axle shafts from grenading diffs
