The Mary Murray

We have some snow, again the quad lost its chain, no damage but had to pick it up.
The government has closed the water drains because the ships will touch the bridges in the canal, water stays on the land now:

Then we tried to jump start the diesel form the 15 y/o neighbor, but the tires slipped, towed him in the wet land, got stuck. :slap:
Got out alone and winched him back to the road, :rofl: I am a bad example of a 4x4 fool

Very cool! Love everything you do. Keep it up.

Again some preventive maintenance! :steer::dead::smuggrin:
I hoped to gain a tremendous amount of power, but no :woot:, a slight increase in pick up and acceleration, the old one was fine.

No info in the FSM about torque settings.

I have drained the oil a few rimes but there is no real need, there is a lot of space to contain a lot of oil:

I got this one done by sitting on the engine (right knee on thermostat housing, left knee on battery) to see the 2 flat screws at the engine side, then removing the 8 mm nut, then on the workbench remove the clip and then reinstall the 8 mm nut and then the new diagram and the clip.
First cleaned the cover with brake cleaner and toothbrush.

2 and 3 mm shim, wonder what others have:

Also ordered a thermostat, just for fun, maintenance is cool :clap::wrench:

Nice pictures from abandoned landrovers: URBANEXPLORATION.NL | Lost Rovers

And my neighbor made me a trailer hitch / hook for the farm trailer that has a ring.
The door opens exactly above it.
