I just went to the Toyota Whiterock BC dealer to order
a valve cover gasket for 84bj60 3b.

valve cover gasket - 64.00 inc tax
fuel filter- 59.00

I need to find a supplier to price these parts out at better prices.

Oil return and high pressure lines and gaskets. JDM 3B application but they should be applicable to most 3B/13B-T engines.

Back in the day I remember early 2H had no cylinder sleeves while late does have, so head gaskets change accordingly I'm missing something ?
 
Correct. Early is discontinued from Toyota. Only the late remains. You can get the early head gasket separately and use the engine gasket kit from the later iteration.
