Shop?

Meeting with the civil engineer to discuss the new shop tonight. There is water on the property so we have to go through conservation. Planning on a 36x28. She has already seen the area and doens't believe that it will be an issue. Hope to have the project completed by winter.

Well the yard has a 2 car garage and a shed so this is just going to be for me and my projects. I guess I could call it a garage or bar but I think its more of a shop.

That sounds amazing

My yard is a 5 car garage without a roof :bang:.

Did you moved in already? Did your house sell?

Who's near Newport, RI? I'm taking the cruiser on a trip down there for the week. It's been a while since it's been on the road so I might need a lifeline. I have AAA as a last resort.

When are you headed to Newport? And where are you planning to leak cruiser fluids on the street :) I am away this week end but around the next few weekends after that if you run into trouble

I'm no longer a Rhode Islander. :bounce: I live about 10 minutes south of the Mass Pike just off 146.

No more paying super high property tax, vehicle tax, car insurance, and other things which are stupid expensive.

I decided not to take the cruiser. We're here all week. My friends have a condo on Thames St overlooking the patio at O'Brien's where we'll be watching the fireworks and then they have a two family with a vacant unit on Lincoln St where we're staying.

I learned today while registering the new mini that you can get a title in NH now if you have a vehicle that is an antique. To qualify, it needs to be 26 years and a day old. That will make sales go smoother from we NH owners to out of state buyers that live in states that typically title all vehicles.

Do you ever see my buddy's G wagon? He's on the corner of Rhode Island and Lincoln.

What's it say about Rhode Island when people move to taxachussets to save money.

I can't figure out why more of you just don't move to NH. There's more access to what you like to do, lower overall taxes, and the unemployment rate is only 5.5% (which we think is high).

I'm trailering the 4Runner down to LMFT tomorrow morning. I hope it's a good day for all of us YT folks with no breakage and cooler weather.
