Most "normal" people would say that us cruiser owners have no common sense because we dumped retarded amounts of money into 15+ year old trucks.

FALL GATHERING REGISTRATION CLOSES FRIDAY AT 11PM.

Get your registrations in now!

The point is I dump a lot of money in my cruiser and people think I'm crazy.

Ha ha ha

So my business van needed fuel lines on Monday and my 80 is in my shop for a front axle rebuild so I had to use my 40 for work. Well i lost the clutch and had to run all of the stop signs home, so no wheeling for me at fall gathering. Now do I fix the clutch (NOT) or do I put a carbureted 350 or a fuel injected 350 in it this winter? I believe Jon might have one of each that I could get of of him some how.
Any thoughts?

Ughhhh I will never send my 80 to a "shop" again for a knuckle rebuild.......

My SIL is sending his 80 to MY SHOP for a knuckle rebuild.
Someone tell him that's a bad idea...:steer:

Putting a 350 in a 40 is a pretty extreme solution to needing a clutch, don't you think?

Put that 350 might as well do that disk brake swap also, polish the aluminum tub, you will have all winter and its a good excuse to hang out in the shop with the wood stove, better also budget a new fridge for the beer for the helpers, :meh: think the clutch job might be cheaper :D

Don't forget the full roll bar I have on the floor next to the 4" lift for my 80. I will get "Keggy" back from Mike.

I have an ARB roof rack, Powertank, PN60 GPS and some 315s to trade for your 40!
