Alaska trip? Would you care to elaborate on this?
The route planning is still in process, but we will be doing both the dalton and dempster hwy. As well as some more serious wheeling still tbd. I always regretted not doing the Alaska trip I wanted in my last truck, so it’s definitely happening with this one.

Sounds awesome! The Dalton hwy is on my list. I look forward to reading the report on your trip especially those off road tracks you discovered.

I have the frame of the tent built! Now onto the hardest part (the sewing woooooooo). Also got some dobinsons shocks on the truck and their sway bar brackets. All from HuddExpo

Curious to see how the 8020 holds up over time. I've read that the combination of steel fasteners and aluminum extrusions can lead to constant loosening from vibration. My drawer system uses 8020 as well, but it's literally been sitting in my basement for 4 years so I can't offer any personal experience - I haven't heard complaints from other people with the KISS/Reef drawers.

Hmm yeah I guess I’ll have to see. Worst case red locktite haha

What’s with the second transmission cooler? I was asking the boss for a swing out version of his bumper at least three years ago. Is this available now or is that just your own modification?

I went through all my power steering and I am now using that 2nd tranny cooler instead of the paper clip. Yeah bringing our bumper to market has been pretty unsuccessful haha. I just took the base huddexpo design on modified it for the swingout.

I know you’ve been eyeing our bumper since the beginning. If you are interested we’d be willing to get all the pieces cut out and I could mail it to you with pictures how it all goes. Then you could source the 2x4x1/4” bar on your own. I’d say our design is 90% there. So some pieces don’t fit exactly and a little grinder action is needed in a few places.
