Does any have a kit to double flare toyota brake lines? I'm thinking of bringing my 80 axle and persuading some of the welders with booze to weld my brackets on for me so i can finally have rear brakes again....

No trans swap, looks like ill be watching over bills should taking notes on how to rebuild one.
 
I have a flare kit, but I honestly don't know where I got it, and don't know if it has the right size. You can rent them for free. I'm sure we can some stuff welded

I finally recieved my trans rebuild parts. 'Twas an interesting adventure, the bank declined my debit card twice because MC is in fraud capitol California. I sent them a money order after playing phone tag with MC and the bank because my email wasn't up to date on there sight. Ordered it on the 4th and recieved it today. None of this was MC's fault but they were great about getting to me once I fixed my fxxx up.

Bring on tech day!
 
good times!! I am getting ready to whip the plastic out and order my parts as well, probibly the exact same s*** but for an 150f.
 
Thanks for the heads up, but it will be going on the CC. Teh painful part is that i may have to call Marlin, and getting through to someone is a feat in and of itself!

Lately, it seems easy to get through... but you don't get to talk to mike or dave anymore.....

That's good to hear i just need to clarify something before i order and see if they have an input bearing in stock, so nothing too technical.
 
Well I got through and spoke to the nan himself! He persuaded me to get a rebuilt trans from them based on me running it low on fluid and my symptoms. No room on the cc for your orion Todd, sorry!
 
Scott, what will you need to make your life easier? food? booze? tools? toys? stripper pole? 55gal of KY and a kiddie pool (with or without slide)?

I will swing by before hand (day before er whenever) and help you move stuff around again.
 
John, you are the best…est and I would greatly appreciate your assistance. As far as food, be neat if people might bring a little sampler, tools should be covered, stripper pole…well I do like to dance.

Damn, I saw date change and i got excited, then to realize that it is during our Spring Break.
The 4 of us running around in your garage in our spring break thongs would not be appropriate so I am still a no show.

Date should work for me. My wife will be pissed because now ill be home all day on the 28th... lol!!
 
I'm down for the 28th of March, as you said. That is also the 1 year anniversary of the day I got my Tundra.
