Toyota original 1991 Asian winch (38600-60050) from 1991 HDJ81, everything works. Upgraded to bigger winch/bumper.

Includes everything in the diagram plus remote control with pouch, factory bull bar, and factory tow points. Everything needed to pull your bumper and install full JDM factory front end with a stock working hidden winch. With extras.

The bumper has minor damage on right side, tried to show in pics. I’m not certain I have all the bolts and nuts, but they are all standard Toyota stuff anyway. Although it is a bit dirty most parts have been either powder coated or por15 painted within the last two years.

PM for info

On your HDJ81 did you add a aftermarket bumper? I’m looking for an aftermarket bumper that will allow me to use the factory winch still. Any ideas? Thanks

I have one of these on a 1990 HDJ 81 that I am going to sell if anyone who missed out on this still wants one. It has been tested, works well and looking at cable, remote etc it has never been used. One issue is the rubber seal in the female end of the plug has shrunk so I had to pick it out to get the remote connected. It is a standard Mil Spec 5 pin barrel connector and I will replace it when I pull it off the truck. I will put up a for sale thread tonight some time but since it was exactly the same as this one I thought I would see if any of the guys interested in this one still wanted one. I guess it is fair to say it the ultimate sleeper accessory for an 80 series :) Only selling as I went ARB and 12 000 LBS Warn . Located in SOACL - $1500 for everything ( I do not have the front hoop shown in this one which isn't in the FSM either so maybe it was after market )
