Lids have arrived.

I'll break them all out tomorrow and start cleaning them up, beveling the hinge sides and prepping them for shipping.

All 80 lids (23) were assembled today and ready to box up.

I have some 60 and 100 lids that I will assemble tomorrow and then they will all get boxed and shipped over the next two days.

80 series -- 5 in stock

What did you do with the assist spring? Any issues during the install? What was the over all time?

C, His is an 80, no assist spring like on our 100s. Install time IMO, is 1 to 3 hours pending your skill level and what inner steps you add (carpet, sound deadening, padding etc.)
