Before we begin, I'd like to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and generosity of the trip sponsors.
In no particular order...
see & eat Mississippi straight delivered on both the seeing and the eating. Not only did CEO @wngrog provide top quality photography and drone footage, but also tickled our taste buds with tasty treats created by culinary craftspeople from the great state of Mississippi.
@pmccraney, Lead Counsel from The Law Offices of RUN & DMC, PLLC graciously offered, pro bono, retainer services for any and all legal needs incurred in the wilds of Alabama.
Three 6 Hybrids packed up the carport and hauled it to the Alabama backwoods to provide barista services to groggy-eyed campers.
@Jtranum, aka JTU, aka JTUranium, of Precision Delta, kept us safe by providing perimeter security and set up booby traps around the camp. Additionally, Precision Delta donated a sweet multi-tool to each participant that not only services battle rifles but, ingeniously, contains a dental pick, which instantly quadrupled the dental coverage in Talledega County.
The infamous @beno, of Land Cruiser Parts and Consulting, not only hand-delivered parts to parts-needy attendees & supplied cigars and bourbon for the group but, in a strange turn of events, took on the role of parental counselor and motivational speaker late one evening.
@Firemangraciously provided a weekends' supply of .... wait, who the hell invited the BBLGBT??!? Where the %#@$ did he come from?
Last but certainly not least, @ntsaint, HNIC of nettech, delivered outstanding Overland Electronic Navigation and Route Coordination. He picked out one of THE MOST epic campsites I've ever seen. Also free nettech hats and EAF stickers!
Seriously, Oprah looked like a Scrooge compared to this bunch.

I was the last one to arrive. It was dark. I'm trying to find camp. I see some reflections against my headlights in the distance (what I originally thought was white reflectors turned out to be butt cheeks from someone mooning me). Then, I see something parked on the side of the road that looks like the BBT. It was just like fireman's truck, only this one had green top that had a much higher profile and was, thus, even more heinous than his.
I begin to have concern for the safety of myself and my children. I was sure I had stumbled upon a midnight meth cook....

I say I'm 90% in, and before I know it, I've been added to a group text which, very surprisingly, contains ZERO greentexters.
Very early into the black hole that this group text quickly evolves into, it becomes obvious that Arkansas will be underwater and we'll need to move this adventure east.
For the next several days, most of the text conversation will be each of us trying to convince JTU that we are the REAL beno, including the real beno.
