thanks for all the input fellas...eric could you send me a link to the carhart and redhead jackets...some color ideas from you guys would be nice....i like the jacket idea...i need a new one for this winter so a carhart would be great....hoodies are also at the top of my list....i will talk to bodean...i wonder if we find out who wants jackets and purchase them then send them on to him for the logo work....i will report back what i find out....

hoodies....gray?
carhart jackets....black? or the standard brown
fleece stocking hat

i would really like to do a run of tshirts with the original logo on them....the other stuff can stay with the 4 state logo if that what you guys want....

I really like the Carhart Jacket idea with an embroidered logo. I would vote for the brown, but I'm guessing we can each by the color we want?

Naw, still got it. Im really getting into the 80 series so the 40 will be going to the restore garage. I figure I have 10 years to get it done for my son.
 
Now i really like that jacket!...thanks for the pics mike...i just talked to bodean and that very jacket was discussed...what say the group?...i don't care for the green but hey majority will rule....10" limit on logo size on the back...mechanics gloves with the TAC logo on them are also being discussed.....i asked bodean for a turn around time on the order..as well as a few other question...i will continue to up date the group as detail become available....

I can get Redhead jackets at Basspro significantly cheaper than that cabellas one.. And if I explain i'm buying for our club I might get better pricing.

Also.. I might have the old logos somewhere
 
I'm in for a shirt and I also need stickers for the fj's. Windshield banner style.

Not to take thunder away.. But I do have 2 locals I know that do the embrodery (I cnt spll)
I will take it upon myself to see about how big a logo I can get on the back. and a simple one on the front. I will look into the stiching costs.

What logo do people want on the back? From my recollection we have a couple options. I can do the color one that was on hats a long time ago, I can do the TAC one that looks like teq. I can possibly do the one on the shirts.
Or.. WOuld the bigger one the back be better and a smaller TAC one on the front or a TLCA one on the front? Can someone design for me? also.. Thoughts on getting your name put on the front? I think it's a great idea.. Possibly Mud name and real name. Makes a difference in trying to remember who's who.
Do people want a small logo on the front only? We need someone with those graphic skills here.. Lemme know who and chris and I can dig up logos I hope.

BTW.. I'll get those jackets for 40% off what your looking at so it shouldn't be a huge deal.. If it's in the store. And I'll talk to my manager to see if I can get better pricing on top of that. He does drive an FJ Cruiser! If it's not in the store and I have a big quantity I can have the apparel department order me in a case..IFfin you all are going for a particular one to all look alike.

If I can't get the stiching done at the 2 sources i have local I can ship em to bodean.. I just didn't want to raise the price up by paying 2 way shipping. Plus one stiching person is my neighbor at the old house and one is Zane's father in law.
 
I think a new TAC hoodie would be great. Did you guys see the logo that we used for Flat Nasty. What do you think of using it?

go for it eric...bodean does not care to handle the embroidery...i like the 4 state logo for the back of the jacket...small TAC on the front as well as my mud name....that picture above is not my choice....and i am always willing to share the thunder...especially for one that can get a 40% discount!....

Ditto Marc on the design. Is that a cross between Tigger and a 40?

Thoughts on the four state logo on the back and the TEQ style on the front might look good?

I'll put my name in the hat for at least one jacket as well. The zippered hoodie in brown would look good.
