TAC delegate ?

Someone from TAC to be on the TLCA call so there would be enough members to be able to vote and conduct business.

We have both a delegate (Marc McFarland) and an alternate (Kirk Shea). In the past Marc has not been made aware of the meetings. I'm working to find out what the problem is and get it resolved.

Thanks. It frustrating to take time out to make the call and then find out its a no go because not enough chapters showed up.

I spoke with Marc and he had something come up right before the call and didn't have time to get ahold of our alternate.
