Who's our TLCA delegate? and did they participate in the call Thurs evening? I'd like some clarification on something that possibly happened during the call please and thank you. EC

yes it is me...however i was unaware of the call...i thought i was supposed to receive an email or a card in the mail with the info about the call...i did not receive any notification...sorry

Marc are you on the BOD reps list? the TLCA president I think sends a notice out on that list regarding notification. and there is a section on Mud for bod members. I am trying to find out how, etc something was brought up at the BOD meeting and if it was done per TLCA bylaws.
Marc when you get the Minutes please let me know. I'd be curious to see/read them.

i would be happy to share that info with you...when and if i get it....i do not know if i am on the bod list...i think the seceratary was suposed to handle that...or maybe jen?...who would i contact to find this information out?...cold chris find out?...let me know

We'll get this sorted out. I am pretty sure Peggy sent in our chapter in good standing form which listed Marc as the TAC BOD delegate. Just need to find out where the communications were dropped.

Jenn doesn't do the BOD list. I'm not sure who does that maybe the EVP? I'll try to find out for the club. Not having been on a BOD call in a couple years leaves me out of the loop. Yes Jenn is on the calls but we try to seperate that stuff.. She does her Admin stuff for tlca and I don't want to hear about it. If we don't have a TLCA Bod rep attending due to lack of information i will help gather the information.
Rekut aka Thad... If possible could you explain what happened regarding possible expulsion/termination of a TLCA member on that call? I'm curious how that was handled and by whom etc. I want someone's verbage that was on the call first hand.

Send a PM to Woooody for the exact verbage and anything that was changed regarding the bylaws. He is the secretary of TLCA and takes the minutes for the meetings.
In a nutshell, Packman (Art S) was accepted back into TLCA after he resigned from TLCA a week earlier. He paid his dues and sent a copy of his receipt. I guess Jeff felt we needed to Vote him back in. He (Art) holds no position with the TLCA anymore other than an alternate alternate delegate for the Tall Corn Cruisers so I really do not know what the vote was for. (He is the second alternate, it is not a typo).

TAC as a whole.. working on finding needed information for the club regarding to how to get on bodreps, etc, and if our club list is in and current. I'm pretty sure Jenn gets the lists so my guess is it's in the office approx 10 feet from my recliner but the only thing in that room that's mine is the gunsafe

Having been a BOD member during the last "termination" proceedings of a TLCA member it was not taken lightly nor that unstructured of a process.
Marc.. I'm home tonight (meaning not working the other job) if you'd like to call me with the email you want to use to join the BOD reps list or PM Me here on mud.. that info will need to be sent to mr Ross Woody and Jenn will take care of that soon as you get it to me.
Does our club have an alternate delegate that can participate if Marc has a baseball game or other duties as assigned?
Also for the club.. our Chapter in good standing form is current and turned into the home office of tlca.. I'll insure we do keep that up to date by asking for updates at whatever meetings we have. Chris.. Let's update at the meeting in Jan or feb whenever you get it organized.

I am sure that Jen can get whoever you want added to the list. I think at this time Matt Farr adds folks to it. Make sure its an address that you dont mind getting lots of messages on.

During a 2 hour conf call sometimes you have to step away for a second or two and I actually missed that section of the call. Jen was on the call along with bodean from cottonland, daryl from WTOE along with most of the elected officers. I do think getting the min from the meeting would be a good source.
Another point. There was a presentation by the BRC on doing a join membership drive with TLCA that is going to be voted on during a special call this coming Monday. It would be good if you had a delegate there to vote TAC's position. Here is the proposal in a nut shell
$40 gets you a 1. TLCA membership 2. BRC membership and 3. a $25 gift card from 4wheel parts
They want the drive to last for 6 months
The gift card would only be issued to folks that joined the first month possibly 2
TLCA would be reducing the amount they get for membership by $5 for this drive.

I don't know why you were never added or were dropped.
