TAC Annual meeting

The time has come for the annual meeting.

By popular vote the date will be Saturday February 8th from 12pm till 2pm.
at the Old City Hall 512 Main St. Belton MO. 64012

There will be a potluck lunch and as always the club will provide the meat.

I won't know till the morning of February 8 whether or not I can make it. On duty that day and can't take small blocks of vacation till the morning of. If I end up being able to make it I will have most likely just finished up eating a big breakfast at work anyways, so count me out on food and maybe on making it to the meeting.

I lost my license now I don't drive. Well not really but the last part is true. :whoops: I didn't feel like I was a .09 but that's what the trooper man's little box said, and that was that. Poof!

Otherwise I'd attend the meeting.

I know we usually get the BBQ from a friend of the group - - do we need BBQ this year? I built a new smoker that works pretty well if so. If not, I can bring home made smoked BBQ Beans.

That person is no longer a member and doesn't attend the meetings anymore, unless he changes his mind. Rob and I did the meat last year and are doing it again this year by request. It is part of what the club provides. But thanks for the offer.

The agenda for the meeting is now posted on the Tornado Alley Cruisers website. Also posted is the officer positions that are up for election and the proposed changes to the club bylaws. Please take a look at what we have planned for the meeting. If you have a nomination (yourself or someone else) for any of the positions coming up for election, please email any one of the Board of Directors, or simply reply to this thread with your nomination and the website/agenda will be updated.
