So the exterior has never been a priority. Myth Busters proved you can polish a turd but it dont change what it is. The idea was always just make it presentable from 50(0) feet and call it good.
This gets us up to around September - October.
I had always planned to rehab the original bi-fold doors but after I had to pick up one side in a dust pan that plan changed. I called around, looked, interwebbed etc for a replacement but nuthin was quick or simple. Pondered it for a couple of weeks with no good alternatives so I just built a new one out of 3/4" square tube and a couple double pane windows my wife had for a green house project.
Stupid, yeah probably but effective.
then i did a thing - cut another hole in the side.
This gets us up to around September - October.

Did I mention being outside in the cold & heat blows?? Well, so do A/C units and heaters 
Diesel heater and on-demand hot water FTW
This thing is pretty nice, has a remote, thermostat and can program to a schedule. It works rather well too, perhaps a tad undersized depnding on outside temps but beats the crap outta sittin in the cold dirt.

I've watched a thousand skoolie videos on the ole youtuber. One common theme has been storage or more accurately the need for more so I tried to lay things out in a way to maximize usage.
One way was to build the couch high enough to allow for some required equipment which includes a generator, frig and a crapper that can all be accessed from the outside handicap doors. @htburnett - notice the

I was also told I needed a battery monitoring system. I have no diea how it works but for $20 it couldn't hurt.

So the interior is mostly done, not completely but by now you get the point. Now for some exterior work, mind you I have not gone overboard nor ever will.
This gets you guys mostly up to date. I've made 4 trips in this thing, drives ok for what it is, pulls the tater 65-70 mph on the interstate so not a trail plug like I was worried about.

Nice work! Seeing the pictures makes it look like way more work then what sunk in when you were describing what you had to do.
