Switch Lamp Replacement

My defroster works, but the lamp indicating that it is on does not. The same goes for my seat heaters. Are these small incandescent bulbs, or are they LEDs? I hate the idea of replacing an entire switch because a bulb is out!

I have to tap on my seat heater buttons to get them to light up some times. But if I remember correctly there is a replacement bulb you could get at Radio Shack for these. I would have to check my notes because I was going to replace them before I found out tapping them made them light up.

Apparently the bulb for the seat heater switch has part number: 90010-01061

I do not have a Radio Shack closer than an hour, they've all closed unfortunately. It used to be a great place to go snag electronic parts, now its the internet or nothing. In clicking through the links, someone posted up a store to get LED's instead of the incandescent bulbs, and they have multiple colors!

I did take a look at the FAQ, and it seems that it has been worked on/is being worked on since the last time I bothered to check. Is there a particular Mod to contact to add a bulb list/guide? I have collected a list of them at this point.

Back to the original topic, the bulbs are 3mm and here is a link to them if anyone else is interested:

Great link. I have been looking for LED versions of the dash lights. Might as well switch to LED whenever possible. That way, probably will never have to change them again.

I went to Radio Shack and bought a few of those bulbs a couple years ago as a precaution, expecting Radio Shack to go under. Sure enough, my local store is gone now too.
