Switch Blank part number?

Now that I've removed my AHC, I would like to remove my AHC controlller, but can't seem to find the part number for the replacement blank. Does anyone know?

No worries, I actually had that pn handy from when I purchased an extra blank for a light-bar switch install some time agoThe pn is the same for LC & LX.
