Great news on Baby G; not so much on the stone. Been there and done that a couple times:( Cool that you passed it so quickly though. Mine tend to hang around for 3-4 days...Amazing how something so small can knock a grown-ass man on his butt! They always say it's the closest thing to having a baby that a man can experience. I'm calling BS on that one cause there would never be another baby born! :)

Glad to hear you are both doing well! Quit trying to steal the spotlight with that little "stone"...take good care of that boy.

Just got home! :)

The little man is crashed out on my bed, watching sponge bob. Sore but happy to be home. So's his daddy. :D

Good to hear that Baby G is home,

Now you on the other hand, drink water and beers son!.... soda pop/coke aint good for yaw.

glad that everyone is home.

Great news Georg! Get that boy some ice cream. That always makes them feel better. Guess daddy needs some too!

Glad to here everything is going good. Sorry to here about the stone.

Good to see him smiling.I went through the stone thing twice a few years back. Most painful thing I have ever felt. I imagine it's like child birth without meds.

G and G, here's to your health.

It's absolutely amazing how fast kids heal. I'm still sore, he hasn't had any pain meds since yesterday morning. Less than a week after surgery. Crazy!

Yes, we stopped by the shop today to puck up some parts I had to ship out. Back to work next week ........

quick update.....

thanks again for all the pms, texts and emails everybody!

Garrett is doing really well. no flare-ups or other issues since the surgery. this wednesday we're going in for a follow-up procedure to remove the shunt ( LONG LIVE THE SHUNT!!!!!!! ). in and out in one day, i'll be taking him again. then in 6 weeks we need to do some more ultra sounds to see how the repaired kidney looks and how well it's working.

had a good time this weekend, at our neighbors house. if all goes well, we'll be up at rubicon in a couple of weeks.

fingers crossed. thanks again to all of our cottonland and mud peeps!
