Surf and Turf 06 was a blast as expected... I finally got the chance to meet some peeps that I have been talkin to in here in mud for years.. Really cool! I really wish I would have brought my 80 series though after seeing all the nice ones there, that and my 40 without power steering was intersteing to say the least in the dunes..I also would have felt a little but more confident climbing steep dunes as the longer wheelbase would have made me feel a little bit more secure at times.. Oh well, next year.... Thanks Jim for the great event you put on this year.. 4 years ago while browsing your original web site, I e-mail'd you asking if you can help me out with a technical question about my 93, and you then introduced me to this site and posted my question on to the 80 series tech, there was no turning back! The sickness had begun:cool: ..Thanks again... Any-how, here are some pics Pismo... to all that were there, and it was nice meeting/seeing all... Desert Dude, Alvaro, Ting, SJ Cruiser, First Toy, Offroadkid, I4C4LO, Navid (my partner in crime & ROMEO)..Norcaldoug, Boston Mangler, Mickey Rubicon's crazy ass :D ..... and everyone else I didin't mention...See you all next year... Time for pics:

Looks like everyone had a great time! Yeah, awesome pictures, but I didn't need to see that bottom pic though. Reminds me too much of my dogs.

I'm going next year for sure. I'm already starting to pack for it now!

By far... just awesome

Nice pix

Humbled to be included. We came sans camera. Thanks for this and the other pictures. We wouldn't have made your caravan. We finally rolled out of Morgan Hill around 4:30 and didn't hit the beach until around 9 with dropping off the truck and food shopping in SLO.
