Well after a conversation with CruiserDan, he thought it was for the bypass valve. Sure enough, it was. I guess magnusson took off the old hose and I never noticed it. Thanks Dan! You're the man.
Anyway, I hooked the hose between the two and took it for a spin. The vacuum gauge is little more responsive but still is indicating 30 in Hg at idle, 20 in Hg at 2,000 RPMs and 8 in Hg at WOT. Still no boost.
What gives?
