One of the stone houses, IIRC the Champies.

A well, but also a structure that had a stamp mill, then a hoist to assist with placer mining.

What a great historic place, presented by a fantastic host, who happens to drive a  rig!:cool::grinpimp:

Cool rig you left out what year (77 or 78) and how much he wants. Very nice looking stock rig. Don't need another 40 series but they are like Lays potato chips. But really a 80 series would make more sense.

Thought about coming along for this one but driving a stock 100 series figured I would be the new Shannon.:meh:

He doesn't really want to sell it. He doesn't know what he wants.

really, isn't there is enough detail on the pics for you to make out the year ? ;)

Any antique refrigerators that needed to be hauled off?

the caretaker has done quite a nice job keeping it clean, but also leaving originals where he found them - like a broken electric can opener and a 1984 People's magazine in the Hotel Humbug trailer :hillbilly:
