Suggestion on Classifieds - State or zip code search

Disclaimer: I am a rookie

I would like to see an option to narrow my searches in the Classifieds sections to either a zip code or even a State. I find that most people are buying/selling big, heavy items and distance becomes a deciding factor on a purchase.

What if there was a way to put in your state or zip code when placing an add? Then you could search accordingly if you so choose. I'm not sure how this all works but I think this site is great/addicting... and I am someone who will put in my .02c

Let me know if you have this need or if it already exists? I am just way to green to know just yet. Evidence in # of posts.

if people read the Classifieds instructions, it notes that you should be including your State in the thread title.

No one reads instructions, me included.

'MUD is a GLOBAL site...state-only doesn't work well...
