These harden and let oil weep around the cap, plus once hard the cap just stops turning suddenly when tight, it doesn't tighten progressively. Dig out the old gasket with an o-ring pick and throw a new one in. Cheap.

If you ever lift the carpet you'll need to pull the anchor trim, and these often don't let go without a fight.

What about these? I'm having a heck of a time deciphering parts diagrams....my truck is missing 3 of these covers. Thanks to you I've got the little white clips ordered, now just the covers themselves.

Hello all,

I’m fortunate enough to have access to a system to look up part numbers, and figure having a single place to put all the obscure requests would be a good idea.

So here it is. Please post what you need, whether it’s LX or LC, model year AND build date, and if possible a picture.. and I’ll see if I can dig up useful numbers.

Btw if it’s inappropriate for me to call my own thread “official” let me know and I’ll adjust.
