But you have a 94🤔

I think there is a turbo kit in production for OBD1 trucks. I don't feel its necessary personally, but I haven't tried driving at 5000-10000ft yet.
I do, everything is the same but I would need to upgrade the injectors and maybe get a tune to keep the engine happy

Took off throttle body today, cleaned it, found yet another small cracked hose.

Replaced the hose and the truck starts hot and cold and idles fine yay!
Still slow as my son getting ready for school but that is another issue

I changed my throttle cable. But I feel I probably need to do this too. Mostly because I picked up another valve cover gasket since I guess it was pinched, because I've got a small leak after the head gasket was changed a year ago.

Mostly trying to work up the desire to pull the upper half of the intake manifold. Because I want to pull my injectors and possibly get them cleaned, but I want to change the plugs on all my injectors because the clips are all broken.

I honestly had the throttle body off the truck in 15 minutes, found the cracked hose, replaced the hose, cleaned the throttle body, lost a bolt, found said bolt, put it all beck together in like 1.5 hours tops.

The truck is behaving so much better, night and day difference. It even stumbles less which I thought was amazing

It's not that easy, the ECU on these trucks is not tunable. You'll need aftermarket engine management of some description, either with an additional injector controller or ideally aftermarket ECU. Many here run piggyback and keep the OE ECU running the automatic transmission.

that makes sense.... ugh

LC over the weekend.

Upgraded to led headlights, roughly doubles output. Starting to feel bad for this rig. In 6 months I have driven a total of 1,000 miles

I did have to add a spacer to get the speaker to fit, and knuckles do rub on the grab handle. That is all though. fit and finish are exactly as advertised.

@orikawa these are not deal breakers but my own thoughts for a future version:
1. Add a small indent on the grab handle area if possible, knuckles rub
2. Option sound deadening, after adding it to my panel I would say it is 100% worth it. Increased the "solideness" of the door if nothing else.
@orikawa , were you able to incorporate the feedback on the grab handle? I'm hoping to order really soon and am curious?

Theres not a good way to locate a die and get a relief in there. I'd only be able to get a slight (under an 1/8") movement anyway

How are you liking these speakers? What's your audio package that you're running right now. Really seems like you know what you're doing, so it may help me to use your blueprint.
I don't think you'll ever be upset with focal. You might be surprised by the price tag on some of them.

I have simple Pioneer TS speakers in my doors because they clear the windows and I didn't want to make major cuts/modifications. And powered by my alpine deck. It sounds perfectly fine. I'd like to add a little powered woofer eventually. I used to chase big power stereos, but these days I prioritize the SQ and space in the vehicle for other stuff. So when I figure out how to mount a small powered sub I probably will. I just have the space under the driver and passenger seat used for other things now. So the only real hidden space is the cavities behind the rear quarter panels.

Thanks, really appreciate it.
