SPC sells new sleeves. You can source just the bushings as well, but if the LCAs are original you can get them for about $225-250 each delivered during a Toyota sale… not sure the regular price tho and they’re heavy

I never updated this thread because the sheer embarrassment of my mechanical ineptitude was physically painful. I eventually realized that I was less of a 'home mechanic' and more of a 'threat to public safety,' so I waved the white flag and hired 'my car guy' to save both my marriage and the structural integrity of my driveway. Watching him solve my failure with a welder's torch and a 20lb sledgehammer was like watching a master surgeon operate on a dumpster fire. It was a symphony of huge sparks, loud deafening thuds, and a level of creative profanity that would make a career mercenary blush. I learned a vital lesson that day: true mastery isn't knowing how to turn a wrench, it's knowing exactly when to stop breaking things and call an adult. The right side is still waiting to be done, and frankly, you’ll see me auditioning for the Bolshoi Ballet before I ever pick up a tool for that job again. So, I’m installing new struts and both rear cam adjustment bolts are frozen to the LCA bushings. I’ve tried all the things except an air chisel (because I don’t have one). Haven’t tried heat but I figure if I go there, I’m replacing the bushings and bolts anyway. I’m not sure you can just replace the bushings. I think I’lm looking at new LCAs.
