Straight front panhard?

I wanted to get an adjustable pan hard bar from dobinsons, but theirs is straight… I called and talked to them and they said the curved version is only for right hand drive vehicles. Is this true?
Every other bar I seen has a curve

No USDM 80 Series had a straight front panhard from the factory. It would foul on the front diff.
Correction. Not the front diff. It would foul on the right leading arm mount.
