I ordered "The Clapper" to experiment with.

The one I ordered has two outputs - clapp 2 times for
circuit A, clapp 3 times for circuit B.
I'm hoping it can be modified to operate off of 12volts,
and once power is applied the relay contacts are open.
Then clapp 2 or 3 times to close the relay.
I think this would be better than a hidden switch which after a while
one might just forget and just leave the switch enabled.
Where would I find the wire to install this "kill switch"????

I'm not knowledgeable with electronics, but had the 103T Directed Electronics mini keypad starter kill installed ten years ago on my rig (just for carjack prevention when kids came along). $120 all in with install, still going strong. I can leave keys in ignition with radio on, but won't crank without 4 digit code, horn blares. Probably easy to bypass if you have a few minutes, but it has provided peace of mind over the years and it's small and quick. It's like other necessities, never needed it yet, but when I do, glad I have it.
