The project to make these was dropped last fall for a verity of reasons, mainly none of us are in the cruiser part business. Recently It has been revived as a fund raiser for our club Copper State Cruisers. We have just started getting bids on the cost and haven't finalized the design, it looks like 1.25" will be the size. The costs of a production run is a pretty big outlay and the club has no capital (the reason for this project) so the investment will be made by a couple of club members. At this time there is no price or release date, I would list the odds of this happening as a strong probably. The main concern is producing them so that they are affordable for the customer and the club can make a few bucks on each set.
>Any concern about chipping and flaking of the paint on steel mount and ending up with a reaction of the dis-similar metals?
I don't think there will be any problems with that in Arizona? I was going to get them anodized, but I wanted them on the truck! As soon as my checkbook recovers a bit, I will probably get some J springs and L shocks for the front and take the spacers off anyway.
Don't know what the spring rate is on the 6" springs, the one set on an otherwise stock truck I wheeled with looked very stiff and didn't flex very well. The J's even with lots of spacer ride and flex well on a light truck.

Nice work Kevin, you are always full of good ideas. I kinda like my stink bug look though, she looks like she is onthe starting blocks.

I am not really considering them at the moment. I think the rate works well with winch, bumpers, and sliders. If I spend the money to go 6" I will also have to go long travel shocks and remount the mounts to make it worth it. Way too much work when I can just throw in some spacers quick. Any idea on price yet?
I have a cad DWG (blue prints) of the spacers that I got from George Scolaro I have added some tool paths for CNC use. if any one needs them you can PM me with an email address and i will forward them to you. I am making some 1" ones this weekend. chips a ahoy (machining joke)
