I wonder if the alignment with pushing caster forward would give enough room to clear the CV from the lower King Shock mount. The 3.0s on my Tundra are very close to the CV, but the RCVs are much larger than stock CVs.
But shouldn't there be a hydraulic ram on the rear driver side axl, as well as a permanent link on the rear of the axle on passenger side?

Rust wise, I was told it's all surface rust and their is no rot on the bottom side.

Another issue you might run into with Tundra arms and no body lift.
On full bottom out with Camburg Tundra arms, my upper arms just kiss the fenders. The TC arms have a misalignment spacer and the bolt head sticking out of the uniball. If you haven't cycled the suspension with the new arms, it might be a good idea to do so.

Which version of the King 3.0 shock are you using? I had to notch my upper mount to clear the reservoir hose of the Tundra King 3.0.

Also I was told there is clearance issues with the RCV axles and the King shocks, do you see any interference?

Cool Build!
These are from Tundra Spec kings 3.0
Everything clears with RCV

I’ll give is a flex test and see.

Those are some mighty fine welds!! Are you TIG or MIG welding?

Interestingly, the 300-series/TNGA-F architecture also moves the rear shocks outboard of the frame. Better motion ratio for suspension control. I imagine the frame there is clearance deeper for that config. Whereas here, the wheels move outboard making enough room for this config?
