Static TPMS light (1 Viewer)

I’ve had my TPMS light on since I bought my 07, (static not flashing). Based on what I saw here I was certain it was just the spare being low. Today I stopped and filled them all, they were all good except for the spare which was at 20PSI. I filled it to 32 and was certain that would turn off the light. Got back in held the reset button it flashed an is still on!

I know there are numerous threads on TPMS lights but most of them seem to be theirs flashing, not static and the threads I see about static TPMS lights is usually just the spare, so what gives?

Owner's manual in '06 says there is no TPMS in the spare.

they don't last forever.
I had one years ago in my 06 Tundra, it was the spare then.
last summer it was on again, found 2 of them that weren't transmitting anymore. I had a shop replace all of them
