It might be 100w, though I think I recall a post about the wires to it don’t look 100w. You would also be going from DC the AC back to DC not that that really matters though. The biggest issue is that the Starlink plug won’t fit but the outlet cover you need a short extension cord or something to plug it in.

I’ve been running mine from my EcoFlow battery with the battery charged from the second row seat cigarette lighter plug. I could of course just run the starlink directly from that plug, but I like the little battery cuz it charges up while I drive when I stop I still have Wi-Fi without doing anything cause it runs off the battery.
I guess you just have the cable running over the weatherstripping and just kinda smashed in there. Any issue with extreme dust or water intrusion?

I have my hatch close over it. No issues so far but I haven't been on extremely dusty roads. Haven't seen an issue with water but I'll keep an eye out and report back if I see any intrusion.

No water intrusion. I just got back from Cruise Moab and the San Rafael Swell. Camping in the Arena is about as dusty as it gets. There is lots of Moab in my truck but I don’t think much of it is reflated to the cable rout.

I just got back from 2 weeks of overlanding and camping at Cruise Moab. The Starlink is awesome. Being able to make up a route on the fly and do a little trail condition research to make sure we not going to find ourselves facing a closed route. For example we were able to see the parts of Rim Rocker that were closed before we got there. When we decided on a different path home, it didn’t matter that I didn’t have the OnX offline maps. Just having the ability to connect and have comms with the outside world was peace of mind. One morning we woke to 6” of show and it just kept coming but even in heavy snow fall, I had connectivity. We didn’t need to contact anyone but we easily could have had to stay put for a day and we’d have had the ability to let people know our status. My wife was able to track my position with just find my iPhone which was more relatable than APRS (at least there were not time lags of hours reporting my position.)

Anyone want to by my Weboost?

What's wrong with you?
It's been said in other threads that most people go out in the wilderness to ESCAPE or unplug from technology.
Technology is stressful, dontcha know?
Yet you take it with you out wheeling.
You say being connected somehow makes things better.
I don't get it.

Had similar experiences going through Arches, Canyonlands, Yellowstone and Glacier.
And what's wrong with streaming movies when you're in the middle of nowhere and it's pouring rain?

BTW, I just got my Victron Cerbo GX that I'll connect to my SLATE AX travel router that will connect to my STARLINK MINI...
Once that's done I'll get a WiFi thermostat and a Hubitat C8 to remotely monitor and control things in the trailer.
Yeah. I'm hopeless.

Carry on!
