@theferg

Totally recognize this is way old, BUT any chance you have PNs for the sockets in prado tails? GX sockets don't fit and their contacts are different...

@DRANGED
Happen to have these in my cart right now, need 2 of each

top 81555-13510 (these appear to be the same part number as the two bottom sockets in our tail lights so you might not need them)
middle 81555-60700
bottom 81565-60620

@bookworms sweet! Are you on the Prado tail swap project too?
Coincidentally, I received my Amaya order of sockets today... ;)

In the GX, the main harness plugs into the A position (top), the Prado looks to have the main harness plug into the B (middle) position (per post #1 here).
It seems a committing test to trial the lighting because of re-pinning the harnesses. Per the other thread I'm getting beta from and commenting in, OP looks to have re-pinned the upstream harness, not the one plugging into the taillight itself...?

Is the harness that plugs directly into the GX taillight a short jumper with another upstream harness where @DeathMetalTony actually re-pinned and plugged into the Prado B position? (I have had the light off and pulled the harness off the light but not looked deeper than that, yet...)

Oops, post hoc discoveries, I got all pass sockets. Just noticed the 51550 vs 51560 left-right difference
