"The rear bench has no seat-belts but, that's how they were originally."
Next on the list, is the only other problem I see, and a minor one at that. Some states, and ALL Military installations require ALL occupants of the vehicle to have a seat belt on, even if the vehicle didn't originally come with seat belts, it must be fitted and secured properly before you can take it on base or pass safety tests in some states. And when I say some, I mean I know only of Hawai`i that's like that (and most guys doing safety checks don't usually check the middle seat of a bench seat if it has a lap belt only, but it's still best to have all belts working right). I say this because I don't want anybody getting this wonderful vehicle then carry him/her & company, and then get cited for 3 tickets of unbuckled passengers or some such bull. I've nearly had this happen to a friend and I in his old Chrysler LeBaron. 6 high school kids crammed in there, a car no bigger than a modern Ford Focus, all with seat belts on, front and rear bench seats, nothing illegal, just the cop making sure that all passengers were in a designated seating area of the vehicle (i.e. one person per seat) and buckled up. Interesting, and annoying, and true.
