I could have decals and apparel up on my store by Wednesday, 6th. If I leave presales open through Wednesday, October 13th, that will allow one week of time for everyone to place their order. I'd have to print on the weekend of the 16-17th, in order to ship first of that week. This would be the only way to get the swag to everyone before the event.
Is a week enough time for y'all to get your orders in on the website? Otherwise, I can leave store up longer, and ship later, and everyone just gets their stuff post-soiree.

Bradleyville is the only place semi close for fuel. Limited hours of operation. There are miles of trails so a person can burn through some fuel over a weekend.
I’ll be sure to bring extra cans!
