I am going to have to sit this one out too. I have a family member getting married on November 9th in California, so I should probably go to that. I was looking forward to seeing what off roading is like down in the south.

This place we are going was not chosen for the wheeling. It was chosen for the central location.

There are off road parks in the area if people want to rock crawl.

Otherwise it’s a maze of Forest Service roads.

The tank is not completely empty. As a matter of fact , the "low fuel light of life" isn't even on yet!

I took Fs500 all the way out to the north end of Talladega NF
 
A little over 1,000 miles and 17 hrs (or 20+ in the 55) driving.

Sounds like fun. I'm a strong maybe.
