I had to buy one for my BJ70 last year (2012) and it was still available through Toyota North America
Part number is 56111-60220

Remember a ballpark price?
It was a little over $600 if I remember correctly (not cheap by any means, but I was happy we can still get them here)
Sorry that you have to replace yours, it is pricey and it takes funds from other cool ideas and projects.

Only available at the toyota, same price around 600$ in Canada, was less from mine supply dealer but had to pay transport...make sure it is not broken when you receive it. Seem back in late 1980 , we could buy tempered glass. my previous one was like that and full tinted!... now i have auto insurance for glass!
My local dealer was able to get one for my BJ 74 from their California warehouse. No shipping!

Why??? Mine doesn't fold down..... 1988 LJ-70
Looking for info on how to find a windshield for a 1988 LJ-70....tried toyodiy.com...number has need superseeded and local (SoCal) dealer says no longer available???? B.S.

The part number did change but the new part numbers are applicable if its for a model with the fixed windscreen
