LOL isn't customer service great? It's a two person company and they are probably on vacation. September 25th hasn't even happened yet. Take your drama to Facebook.

You're 100% right I meant July. And I don't want to be a 16-year-old little girl on a social media platform. This sucks I just want my parts. And possibly help a small company grow

Sept. 25 of this year or last?? Use that time machine and go back and cancel your order.

gotcha haha. What did you order ?

Based on the website, I believe he closed shop and is basically shipping as time permits since he got a 9-5 job. It stopped me from even considering a purchase from him..

It's probably one part out of your order that is holding up the whole thing. They usually ship as one box.

A bunch of us waited up to 6 months for the Toyota dealer in the SE to ship our stuff. Personally 4 months for me.

What does this have to do with 80-series tech? If you are coming here to throw shade at a vendor you are in the wrong place. Also Witts End provides excellent quality products and service. I seriously doubt we are getting the entire story, move along.

This is the most information I've got so far

If you want to help a small company grow, then please be patient and understand what's going on behind the scenes. Joey is pretty transparent either here or on social media, although he tends not to post about delays anymore but rather when things are ready. Things that have effected all orders include continued supply chain issues, his wife had cancer, they both got COVID and he's backlogged on orders (I think in another thread or on social he posted a picture of 140+ shipments going out).

If there's a product thread for what you ordered, check that out and subscribe to it for updates.

My last order was delayed (also ordered in July, got it now). Joey got a bad covid case and he's also getting kicked out of his building by the landlord, so I was happy to wait. His parts packages are well thought out, convenient and affordable way to order exactly what you need. If I need it NOW, I'll generally go to my local T parts counter. Hope you get your parts soon. You'll definitely get them.

The MUD community depends on these smaller vendors to design, build, and stock some hard to find or previously not available parts.

Most everything that might be needed immediately can be ordered from your local Toyota dealer or from a couple dozen online sources. Having said that I'm happy to wait as long as needed to keep a small vendor in business who caters to the Land Cruiser community.

I ordered from Wit's End on a Thursday and received my order on a Monday. Weird
