Sorry, Another Real Steel Soft Top Bow Question

I’m in the same situation and will end up bending mine. Also when did you receive the soft top and how long did you have to wait if you don’t mind me asking?

I hear it’s been quite the saga with Julie lately. The top I received a little before her shop fire I believe and it had been on order in the 12-14 month window - I can’t recall all the dates unfortunately.

I hope for her sake (and all of ours) that she gets caught up and can find the quality help she needs to stay caught up.

I hope you get your top soon - and I can’t wait to get all of mine fitting.

I’m a bit worried about bending in B pillars and the resulting fitment with the top - but seems like my only/best option since finding FST doors and painting etc is going to be too cost prohibitive - if I could even source them.

I’m saving my hardtop in case I regret converting to FST - and will want to keep my doors original and fitted to those side panels.

Thanks! I hate having to bend it as well. I don’t have a welder so I’m going to have my dad come by at some point soon and help with the process since he has a welder and knows how to. Also keep in mind that you are going to want to have your tubing inside the B-pillar before you bend it. Otherwise you won’t be able to slide it in unless someone came up with an idea. Good luck!
