Bought these a long time ago (15 years?) from Spector and only used one seat cover bottom. So, what we have here is one complete seat (top and bottom) cover and the top for a second seat. I think it originally came with a lower metal hoop ring for the hog rings but that is long gone. I'm sure that's available online somewhere. Can't remember what I paid but I'm guessing it was $$.
Happy to pass these along to another cruiserhead for shipping (20 bucks?) or hand them off to a Seattle area local. All three sections are unused and clean.
