Welcome to free market capitalism, broh. Kinda s***ty of you to be selling stuff here without a supporting vendor status…
You're right. It's a free market. But the 80 world is such a small community. Why go around ripping off what other people are doing? Come up with your own ideas. It's kind of embarrassing.

Now now boys let’s all get along 😜

No worries...Now I have your info as well on the next non JTX set I do as well ! The JTX have some type of a module with a circuit board it's a little more complex than just using relays to produce a ground . Thats why I posted for experience only with the JTX I wasn't sure what they are doing in there and how it effected the lights. To be honest I was scared to experiment with them and risk burning up the module. Hence the post. Still don't know what they have going in that module after a few days of back and fourth with them we got it figured out and they are sending a new wiring harness. They seemed pretty clueless to the US models. TIP to anyone buying the JTX kit make sure your tell them when you order it is a converted US Model. Other than the wiring issues it's a nicely made kit.

It’s literally just a box of relays. The problem is that if you lose a relay or something you lose everything and not easy to replace.

This is a poor design inho and should be wired in using normal relays that you can simply buy off the shelf in an autoparts store.

We all know what opinions are worth ! With mine and yours and $5 we can buy a cup of coffee. I like the circuit board design better than a cheap relay. Time will be the judge on this one . To the wiring harness guys who are fighting . I have bought wiring harnesses from both you guys. Both have a lot of room for improvements. I find a little competition produces a better product in the long run. @jcardona I agree it sucks someone is making the same thing as you. But it is a simple item and easily copied. All the threads on here about the wiring the quads . You have to expect someone else coming up with it. I've said my peace about the un-solicited sales post . I find that just sleazy, But so common in our community .@jcardona Thanks for your help with the white side marker lights a while back . Solved my problem 100% . You can't steal good customer service !

1st shipment of light systems are here. After I make good instructions for installing along with a few items I felt JTX missed . I will have them up on my site. As Far as I know. We are the only ones selling a complete kit with nothing else needed unless you want a old school grill. Our kits include white side marker lights with plugs and bulbs , white turn signals and the snap on covers to protect your investment. Looks like our Price point with be right around $1250..

JTX sells a complete conversion of $800 includes side lights halo wiring etc.

It definitely has a lot of opportunity for improvement but price isn’t terrible.

As always the Price Police on here always forget shipping and tariff's and Parts I include that they don't, I won't even go into the month it takes to get them delivered or having USA support and returns for my customers, .. Joe We aren't the bargain basement . I'm shocked you didn't know that, seems you know everything else.

Probably because I ordered a set, paid the tariffs and shipping and still saves me hundreds of dollars. They were shipped on 12/3 and arrived on 12/9. 6 days, not a month but ok, didn’t gain a new customer here. Good luck with the BS.

I’m just relaying the information so people can make an educated decision of their own. What you charge is your prerogative.

I'm at the end of my rope with this one trying to install a JTX led light kit with their wiring harness into a US model 80 with quad light conversation. To be honest I just don't think their system will work with a US model ..

No issues here, low beam and high beams turn on as they should, halo is plug and play to the parking lights, amber turn signals plug and play into turn signals.

Update:::::::::::: After receiving our 1st order of lights ...We will not be offering the JTX quad light kit . They do not meet our standard for quality . The bulbs are great ! The china made knock off light parts are just that .They almost fit but just not quite right . We will be assembling our own Quad light kits with all OEM parts and the JTX bulbs .

.

Joe why not just tell the truth you save about 100 bucks.. You paid 1,047.47 for the lights to be shipped to you + what ever you paid for the white turn signal lights (prob the cheapest china made crap they sell on amazon). My kits would have came with Toyota white turn signal lights $210 from AUS. But as I already said the JTX kits don't meet our standard for quality so it's a non issue . We are a very busy restoration and repair shop that sells a few custom parts. To be honest people like you don't become our customer, We are too expensive and that's ok with us . We offer quality not quantity.

Because I didn't pay that actually LMAO, that’s definitely the number you paid though. Are they turn signal lights or simply clear lenses clipped on the OEM light?

We can play this game, $1250+8% sales take is $1350 assuming you don’t increase your prices. So the gap is closer to $400 L O L

Meh, it’s more about value, I would end up just fixing all your “quality” work anyway. Cheers

So you guys just want to argue about this openly might as well tell everyone exactly how much and where yall get all these parts so we can just all make these kits ourselves and cut yall out of the equation. There is a thing called patent I've looked into it before years and years ago one thing is if the others design is exactly the same as the other thats a problem now if one design is different no problem. Either way I have my popcorn ready and drinking a beer.

@tmxmotorsports Please pass some of that popcorn. No beer for me, I stopped drinking.. My last drunk, I bought a jeep and ran Hells Revenge with it . . For the record I'm not arguing.. I'm sitting here watching the price police get their panties wadded up over a 100 bucks . It's rather funny

That's the kicker, they won't because many of these parts are NLA such as the sub assemblies, buckets, etc.

There are only two options, aftermarket or 30+ year old junkyard pulls from Australia (or other countries) that require modification.

I mean it was "so worth it" and they built such a "great relationship" with an "offshore" company that they decided to partner with them to sell this in 2026 and make an announcement. Only to then say the quality isnt good enough AFTER I basically called out who their offshore company was...

But so worth it. Best part was through all the problems we had getting the wiring harnesses perfect. I built a great relationship with an Offshore company. in 2026 we have partnered with this company and will be selling a COMPLETE quad light sets with leds bulbs wiring harnesses covers side marker lights. Everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I also prefer the oem 80 series headlights of course I like the quad headlights on my fj62 they definitely need upgrading but anyways.

Same but my OEM lights (brackets) are all cracked and broken. I looked at a couple local cruisers to source and they were all cracked and broken. Used options were all cracked online and I couldn’t source any new OEM lights so the only optioned seemed to be aftermarket and I didn’t want projectors.

I figured I’d give these a shot and if I didn’t like them, I’d just keep an eye out for some OEM replacements on decent shape.

Funny I like the OEM 80 series headlights better my self.
I also noticed that some members will argue just about anything

A customer's 80 had a set of modified depo headlights in it and they were missing some things couldn’t find the replacement parts anywhere so ordered another set of regular depo headlights those were still wonky not really a fan s*** my girl wrecked her 95 in a ice storm broke the oem headlights mounting points I rigged it back together just to keep the factory headlights. I also had a customer's 96 have a set of quad lights he got the buckets and parts because he travels overseas to visit family those parts were oem but wiring was all hacked up.
