It came with my 1983 FJ60 which I've owned for 12 years. I've never used it, except to verify that it works. It looks new. $30 + actual UPS shipping charge. Paypal only, friends and family. You can can calculate shipping as follows: weight is 1 lb, box dimensions are 7" x 5" x 5". Socal to Brooklyn is $12.28 so that should give you a ballpark estimate.
