I would totally NOT be offended if you guys wanted to get some other ideas. Shop around, take a test drive, do what you gotta do. Like I said, I had a great time, and no worries. I'm glad you like the logo, though, and I'm flattered. Thanks. If you guys want to go with it, great. If not, it's seriously, seriously cool.

As for having "TEQ" labeled parts on the 80's, there's plenty, most importantly the GAS CAP, which is one part we all have a very intimate relationship with. A little too intimate, if you ask me.

Do you guys have someone in mind to actually produce the T-shirts and stickers? I don't want to overstep or hijack anything here, but I could probably help with that. I've been doing photo emulsion and stencil silk-screening for a while, and I think it would be cool to do this logo on a shirt.

I also work for a light freight shipping/courier company in L.A. so getting them to you would be a breeze.

I do quality work with good materials, no sweat shop crap like you get from Cafepress.com...I hate bad T-shirts. I bought my brother a "Limited Edition" Dust to Glory T-shirt from Troy Lee Designs, and the damn thing fell apart after four washings! Does no one care about quality anymore? Sorry, had to vent...

Anyway, let me know if you want me to help. I'm more than happy to do it, but like I said, I don't want to overstep or hijack. Thanks for letting me be a part of this. I'm flattered you like the work.

Since it is my thread I think I will hijack it a little. I resent that first comment! My panties are not pink, they are leopard print! Okay? Secondly I don't find that Avatar offensive but I imagine it would affect some peoples first impression. What are they doing having their kids read their forum posts anyway.

Dan, will your wife still be able to arrange having the shirts made? If not Sharam has offered his services for that as well.

Below is the last official count I have. Time for everyone who wants a shirt to speak up and I will keep an official tally. I need size, adult or child, color and quantity of each. The colors I think we decided earlier were white and a dark grey, which would have the logo as above with black and red silk screened or we could do a black shirt with the above logo silk screened in red and white (from the outer red circle inward, no square around the logo). Please correct me if I am wrong.

Good idea Ray but I believe silk screening names on the front would be too expensive. IIRC making the silk screens is a large part of the cost of producing the shirts and that would be alot of silk screens. I think the different color combos could be a pretty cool deal. IMHO the black shirt would look cool and not show dirt and grease but they can be pretty hot to wear outside. But if we have two color shirts we could choose accordinly.

Yeah, making additional silk screens to do individual names would be a chore. Simple, but time consuming and fairly costly. Better idea, if you wanted individual shirts, would be to have something embroidered, say on the sleeve or something like that.

I don't believe it will be a problem to get quality t-shirts made, but I need to confirm that they can make stickers, and then there's the whole distribution part of it.

I think the red shirt idea would work great. If we have three silk screens made, one for each of the colored areas in the original logo design it is a no brainer to switch the colors in the silk screen process to coincide with whatever color shirt that is being silk screened. IE do white and black areas in the proper color on a red shirt leaving the red area open to show the red shirt beneath and make the third color without actually screening it. Shahram, correct me if I am wrong.
