It'll look great as a T-shirt. It's only two layers, and it's blocked up nice, with most of the detailed areas sitting on top of a basis layer of ink. The main problem with silk-screening a shirt is because of repeated washing, as the ink can lose its bond with the material and come off, or get rubbed off. This mainly happens with the smallest sections of ink, small stand-alone islands of ink that are more vulnerable to wear. If a lot of the more detail stuff were sitting on top of the cotton as opposed to sitting on the red circle, they might be picked off by friction or any other number of factors.
It also happens with badly made or low quality materials, ie cheap cotton that doesn't hold together. I hate cheap T-shirts.
Silk-screening is about one step up from cave-painting in terms of its complexity, but there's still a few things that you learn quickly, and bad quality is an indicator of a lack of caring.
As for a sticker, a vinyl circle would look great, or even a rice paper decal, much like the old "inside the window" surf decals, would work. I wouldn't get them any less than about 5" across, or a little smaller than they appear on your screen now, or they might start to lose details like the Toyota logo on the grill, and the tire treads.
