This is what happens when you buy a t-case saver from Orangefj45 and convince yourself that you can wait until after SnT to install it.

Big thanks to George for the rescue, and you can be sure it will be on the new case.

Whoa. So I got off easy with just "bungee power steering" and a blown radiator hose...

And no e9999, I didnt steal your flag!

Another great Surf 'N Turf! Thanks to all who had a hand in making it happen.
Just a couple pics, turned out a bit grainy.
We had a great time playing on the big washouts on the beach.:bounce:

oddly, the only thing i remember about gary's 45 at snt a few years ago was it getting towed back to camp behind mike's rig after the shock mount broke and shot through the radiator:D...oh yeah, and the phone call at sema when gary found out butch broke the cruiser:flipoff2:

We had a great time with the SoCal LC club.
It was our first time and we even made the drive over to Pozo Sunday before we left for a gallon or two of marinated olives....

My Clan , consisting of my three favorite beauties. My wife Andrea, Daisy the American Bulldog and our modestly tricked out Tan 84 Fj60. We arrived early Friday morning, checked in with Jim and wife at the head tent and set out South East of the main “MOB” to set up camp in the early afternoon sand storm complete with Cabela’s Extreme Weather tent and 20’ flag pole, supporting the Stars and Stripes and the Marines’ battle colors.

This was our third SnT and not our last. It gets better sand better every year.

I like the idea of one year in the near future hosting it on the “ Dark Continent.”

What is it about the sand? There is one of these broken t-cases every year. The beautiful red 45, Shipwreck's 40, now this one.

I'm not sure a saver would have "saved" that one. That's quite a complete failure! I see the fractured main case and a broken off front output. Very cool. What happened?

Right you are Andrew - Ed's Red 45 T-case... 2005 SnT
