That was too funny. We were at the checkpoint giving Mark a hard time.
It was, "Dude, you know she is never coming back with your rig."
She was lost so long she had to pee twice

We had a wonderful time, and will not need to eat meat for another year . . . thanks to La Caja China. Thanks to Pablo & Joanna (loved the Mac&Cheese), Alvaro & Monica, Big DougieDoug & our Caja Master griller David.
Also, thanks to our traveling minstrel Mark for providing fireside entertainment.

I'm working with Katherine @ the "shirt tent" and a new attendee is telling me how fun this event is, but that you can really get lost in those back dunes.
My response: "Ya, I know what you mean." I point behind him and say "Look, this guy has been lost in the dunes for the past 30yrs" . . . right then Rob drives up in his LV.

See you next year as I don't think I'd be able to keep Kaitlin off the dunes if I tried.
Man, looks like I missed a good one! Next year I'll earmark my calendar so I can take time off work.

Big kudo's to Jim and Katherine. The amount of work they do to put on this event is incredible. What a blast to show up early and hang out, and then watch the Land Cruiser Nation assemble. The Norcal dudes(and gals) were very gracious to invite us into their awesome food extravaganza. What a treat !
We had a great time and cannot wait to do it again. Thanks again to everyone for making us Coloradan's feel so welcome.

It was yet another awesome Surf-n-Turf. Thanks to Pismo Jim, Katherine for their hard work and all the locals that help make this event such a great time every time.
My FJ40 ran better than it ever has on the way up, at the beach, and on the way back.
It was great wheeling, and great sitting around the fire hanging out with other cruiserheads. (Soundtrack provided by Mark).
