the photo chop helps...didn't like it in the photos, but the photo chop looks good. something about cruisers and dark colors just doesn't work*

*except for 80 series and up, but we all know they are the evil stepchildren, only bested by the even more evil fjcruiser. :D

That color does look awesome on a 60. The color reminds me of a park ranger truck.I am sure any park ranger would want to drive that.

If my interior was tan rather than gray I would have repainted mine something close to that.

why not with the gray?

Whoa, I rally like that roof rack light guard. Does anyone have any info on that?

It would go ok but I think the tan interior with green paint looks much better. I went with charcoal gray.

You were right the first time.

Green wouldn't go with the grey. It would look like a bad afterthought.

.

I don't think it would make much of a difference, but mine's the FJ62 dark brown, with a lot of black added (seat covers, wheel wrap, Tuffy console, floor mats).

Henry, your rig has always been one of my utmost favorites... and now... well, it still is. Forget the picts, I want a sound file... rug-rug-rug-rug-rug-rug-rug-rug.

Thanks, B, I really appreciate that! I can't wait!!! In fact, I'm still up, daydreaming about the truck, thinking of all the work I have to do this winter (little things, but they too count).

Great color choice.... What brand/ stage paint did you go with?

I'm kicking myself for going with a single stage industrial paint. A good quality 2 stage is very durable & in my opinion much easier to fix.

Nice color, very similar to mine.

Come on, Henry... where's the photos?

I'm sure he's in the garage spending time with the new/old truck and getting to know her again.

PICS!
