its the "bbq" or Kleenex syndrom

what most get is a rib roast... very seldom will it be prime. and some times it may fall intto the dreaded select chasm. but will still be called prime rib.

thanks for saying what i just said.

There is no such thing as a Prime Rib loin. you can roast a loin but it is not a prime rib. I know I know, semantics..

Jesus christ you put a sauce on a flat iron.....are you a fxxxing line cook?

I actually work at Mc Donalds...

and i do occasionally put a finishing sauce, usually bourbon butter with bacon on ttop.

thats the good thing about food, or the bad thing as far as myline of work is concerned. its all objective. one persons trash, is anothers treasure. to each his own.

Why don't you understand the difference between "objective" and "subjective"?

Incidentally, I want to say that you and cruisified are very welcome additions to the chat forum. For about a two year period, most of the new folks were tards, but you two guys are great.

So far.

i dont understand because while people were taking engrish classes and such i was learning how to piss off beef tradiionalists by putting sauce on steak, and chosing grass fed over grain fed beef. tand killing multiple braincells with drugs and alcohol. and food is both OBJECTIVE and SUBJECTIVE do to the fact that i is an object that can be touched or tasted and reported on by mulotiple people, as wel as an opinionated observance. luckily my word of the day tomorrow was objective, and i cheated this morning

and im glad to find a chat area where people can debate things w/o people getting overly butthurt
