I was checking today because I have a little noise coming from my DS slider and there is no contact wih my Hanna sliders.

I think Dan is on to something:idea:

by any chance is there a difference in noise when making left or right hand turns? If you're hearing it more often while making left hand turns, then your body bushing is compressing and the body is making contact with the slider.

No difference when making turns, only when I go over bumps.

The Hannah sliders on my truck were mounted firmly, however they constantly had an annoying squeek, sounded like something falling apart. Mine would even make the sound when you closed the door. Sound was from the passenger side at the Cat area. The slider was rubbing on a skid plate in that area. Quick bend and sound gone. The sound was bad enough that people stared when I drove in a parking lot. Sound has been gone for 4 mos. Problem fixed.
